Brixtix opened in 2013, and is singularly owned and operated by me, Cuppy, and my two dogs, Brixton and Matix, the company's namesake. My goal is to always make delicious cookies and trainer treats from simple and minimal ingredients, without adding junk or preservatives. I also re-use and recycle in my bakery, because the earth needs to be taken care of just like our dogs do!
